Gauges on Welded Diaphragm Seals

OFFERING THE PREMIER GAUGE / MINI-SEAL COMBO

ADVANTAGES

  • ONE MOVING PART

Unmatched vibration, pulsation and shock performance.

Helical Bourdon Tube = Gearless, Direct Drive = DURABILITY

No linkages, springs, gears, or liquid fill to wear, break or leak. Unique, internal pointer dampening reduces pointer flutter without the negative consequences of liquid fill. Sanitary environment friendly.

  • ELIMINATE LEAK PATHS

Sleek, all-welded design customized to perform specifically with Perma-Cal® gauges and eliminate potential leak paths.

  • PRICE ADVANTAGE

Superior performance at a superior price

Perma-Cal® Gauge/ Mini-Seal vs. Traditional C-Tube Gauge/ Seal.

  • MAINTAINS ACCURACY

Low-volume design requires a minimum of 85% less fill fluid vs. C-Tube competitors. Thus, accuracy is 50% less affected by temperatures above 68°F (20°C).
85% less volume = 50% more consistent accuracy

Inconel’s low coefficient of thermal expansion in combination with a low internal volume means that impact of temperature on accuracy is minimal vs. C-Tube competitors. High-Temp solutions available which bring operating temperatures up to 400°F Ambient / 650°F Media.

  • LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Lifetime warranty that the Bourdon tube will not malfunction due to wear.

1 year from delivery or 18 months from date of manufacture against defects in materials and workmanship.

Diaphragm Seal Gauge Specs

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Ideal for use on processes which are corrosive, viscous, unrefined or unfiltered.

Prevents media from clogging the Bourdon tube.

  • Chemical Plants

  • Wastewater Treatment Facilities

  • Sanitary Environments (food and beverage)

  • Crude Oil Pipelines

  • Ethanol Production Facilities

  • Refineries, and more…

ACCURACY

  • ±0.5% of F.S. (Grade 2A)

  • ±0.5% F.S. at M.S. / ±1.0% F.S.

Accuracy Ref. @ 68°F, ±2°F

Diaphragm seals installed on gauges below 100 psi may experience loss of accuracy at low pressures.
