HYDRAULIC CALIBRATION PUMPS

We supply a comprehensive range of hydraulic calibration pumps by leading manufacturers Additel, Martel Electronics and East Hills Instruments.

Our hydraulic calibration pumps can be used to generate high-level calibration pressure for the testing of pressure transducers, pressure gauges, pressure switches and pressure transmitters, as well as other process control instrumentation. The equipment that we supply to industries across Australia is notable for being durable and easy to use, and this combined with their portability means that our hydraulic calibration pumps can be used in any type of work environment.

HYDRALIC CALIBRATION PUMPS FROM ZEDFLO
ADT 925 Hydraulic Hand Pump

The Additel 925 Handheld Hydraulic Pressure Test Pump generates pressure from 85% vacuum to 6,000psi (400bar). With no non-returning valve, leakages are prevented, while the vernier control allows high pressure to be easily generated and controlled. The ADT925 pressure pump also has hand-tight connectors, and is lightweight and portable.

ADT 927 Hydraulic Hand Pump

The ADT927 Hydraulic Pressure Test Pump manufactured by Additel is hand operated and capable of generating pressure from 85% vacuum to 10,000 psi (700bar). High pressures are easily generated courtesy of the screw press technology, while the absence of a check valve prevents leaks and reduces the amount of maintenance required.

ADT 928 Hydraulic Pressure Test Pump

Additel’s ADT 928 Hydraulic Pressure Test Pump has a generated pressure range of 0 to 15,000 psi (1,000 bar), and hand-tight connectors for both the test gauge and reference gauge. Lightweight and portable, pressure can be increased and decreased smoothly via a dual piston system that is designed to cope with a large volume workload.

ADT 936 High Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump

The ADT 936 High Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump manufactured by Additel uses screw press technology that enables smooth operation and the quick generation of high pressures. Designed to generate pressure from 85% vacuum to 15,000 psi (1,000bar), the shut-off valve stabilises pressure during calibration, while the fact that there is no non-returning valve means no leaks.

ADT 937 Hydraulic Hand Pump

Additel’s ADT 937 Hydraulic Hand Pump uses phosphoric acid ester fluid and Skydrol oil to calibrate pressure measuring instruments in the range from 85% vacuum to 15,000 psi (1000bar). It features screw press technology to enable the rapid generation of high pressures, and a shut-off valve to maintain stability.

ADT 938 High Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump

The ADT 938 High Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump from Additel is manufactured specifically to calibrate oil-free pressure measuring instruments in the range of 85% vacuum to 15,000 psi (1,000 bar). It uses deionised water, and has three pressure ports and hand-tight connectors.

ADT 949 Ultra High Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump

Additel’s ADT 949 Ultra High Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump is able to generate 85% vacuum to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar) pressure. It features a shut-off valve to stabilise the pressure during calibration, while the absence of a non-returning valve means no leaks and less maintenance is required.

M-10 Magnum Pro Hydraulic Hand Pump

The M-10 Magnum Pro Hydraulic Hand Pump manufactured by East Hills Instruments has a fully adjustable stroke control that enables the rapid generation of pressure up to 10,000 psi (700 bar). The shatterproof reservoir, triple filtration system and stainless steel body mean this is a tough and durable piece of kit that can be used in the most demanding work environments.

MECP10 Hydraulic Hand Pump

Manufactured by Martel Electronics, the MECP10 Hydraulic Hand Pump is compatible with distilled water or mineral based hydraulic oil, and has a pressure range up to 10,000 psi (700 bar). Featuring fluorocarbon seals, the thermally isolated vernier prevents heat transfer, while the stroke limiter makes it easy to prime.
